this food is about to make love to my appetite
my substitute for cookies/cupcakes/etc….can’t you tell that sweets are my weakness & my problem to my goal weight…
I have a goal weight/body deadline: before/in May (my graduation)
I have the worst cravings right now….
but I’ve been soooooooo good w/ my eating habits lately…well kind of but still…
like today was a potluck lunch (for someone’s last day at the hospital) and all I had was a big ass plate full of fresh veggies & fruit & a side salad (while everyone else looked at me weird like why am I eating HEALTHY foods -_- fuck that, I don’t want to be big like you bitches)….
and like ANOTHER helping of fruit, 4 ritz crackers w/ 4 small pieces of cheese blocks & a handful of animal crackers (this was later on before I got off)….but that was on a small plate….
and that’s better than what everyone else was eating: mac n cheese, pot roast, meatballs, 7 layer bean dip, cheese cake, cake, donuts, devil eggs, deli meats, etc….yea so my lil binge on the small plate of food later in the day wasn’t bad….
i’m blaming my “visitor” for my appetite…but I think I still did well
tonight was my last night to eat chicken….
now I have only fish to eat…
I want to become a vegetarian/a vegan but that’s a hard ass eating habit to change…
chicken I have on problem w/ getting off of…but seafood…*le sigh* I might just stick to transitioning to a pescetarian-vegetarian combination lol…*shrugs*
growing my own garden…they use to stay getting our food from their garden or the food market…the food was so fresh and better tasting that way…my mom still to this day continues to do so…
whenever I’m blessed w/ a house, that is a must have for me
doing pretty good with incorporating fish more as my meals….i’m sooooo determined to lose this weight before my birthday…
I want to drop 10 lbs but I’ll be more realistic and say 5 lbs as a start :-)
